Binding contract

Please read this page carefully. These Terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure a legally binding contract between IAN and you. Your legal agreement with IAN consists of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Guidelines.

We supply you with the services referred to on IAN (ian.co.ke). When joining our site and ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend you print and save a copy of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms are updated periodically; changes are binding and applicable 30 days after any modifications, so you should review them from time to time.

Our services and contract information

Before using our Services, you need to register (for free) on our site. On registration, you may provide an email, phone number and password — keep this safe at all times. You may only register if you fulfil the necessary age requirements in your country. Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email or SMS OTP acknowledging your information.

Our Services are listed on our site. Your order constitutes an offer to subscribe. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email. When using IAN, you agree to obey all rules of the Website, including:

  • You must not buy or sell IAN accounts.
  • You must not let others earn money from services done for you.
  • You must not create multiple accounts.
  • You must not use VPN, Proxy, or another tool to change your IP address.
  • You must not buy services using fraudulent payment accounts.
  • You must not use bots, auto-clickers, or external scripts on the Website.
  • You must not unfollow then follow, unlike then like, unsubscribe then subscribe, or similar manipulative actions.
  • You must not post hateful, threatening, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content.
  • You must not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing (pyramid schemes).
  • You must not use a temporary email to register — we want interactions with real people.
  • You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of IAN.

Responsibility, hyperlinks & liability

You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account. This service contains hyperlinks to other websites not controlled by IAN; we have no control and take no responsibility for content, privacy, or activities on other sites.

IAN is not responsible for any closures of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or website accounts of our users by the operators of those sites. Other social networking sites could believe that using IAN’s services is contrary to their own terms. We take precautions but provide no protection against actions of other online platforms (e.g., account deletion).

Termination, legal privacy & no bot policy

The provisions remain in effect until terminated by you or IAN. IAN does not sell likes/subscribers/followers/views/hits on any Social Network. We will never request passwords or cookie/session data of your social network accounts. We will never post, tweet, or update status from your accounts.

No Bot Policy: Our goal is real interactions. All users who use disposable or temporary emails and phone numbers will be subject to revision and/or banned. Anyone found breaking any of these rules will be removed from IAN permanently.

M-Pesa Payment Policy & Cancellation/Refund

M-Pesa processing is done via our partner business Safaricom/M-Pesa. All payments will be effected in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Transaction fees from M-Pesa may apply as stated on their website.

Cancellation Policy: IAN has a liberal policy, but there is no cancellation of orders placed because it is a buy-as-you-go category. IAN does not accept cancellation requests for items (likes, follows, subscribes etc.) that you already used. If you feel the product received is not as shown, you must contact customer service within 24 hours.

Refund Policy: If you are not entirely happy with our service and haven't used any of your initial deposit, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, contact us within one (1) day of your deposit with your reference number. Refunds are not provided for services already used. Refunds are processed within 7 business days, exclusively via the original payment method (M-Pesa).

  • Device and Usage Data: Anonymous data about app usage, device type, and crash logs to help improve performance (collected using third-party analytics tools with your consent).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your IAN account.
  • Display your public creator profile, if applicable.
  • Deliver personalized features, updates, and support.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity or policy violations.
  • Improve app functionality and user experience.
  • Send promotional messages (only with your explicit consent).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Trusted Service Providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools) solely to operate the app.
  • Legal Authorities if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.

All third-party services used comply with data protection laws and maintain strict confidentiality.

4. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards including data encryption (at rest and in transit), secure user authentication, and role-based access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and report suspicious activity.

5. Your Rights & Choices

6. Children's Privacy

IAN is not intended for children under 18 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

How to earn & complete tasks

How to complete tasks (screenshot-based verification)

  1. Log in to your IAN account.
  2. Click on one like button or link (The Pop-Up window will appear and must be enabled in your Internet browser).
  3. Make sure you are using your Facebook Profile and not your Fan Page.
  4. Wait for the window to fully load, like the newly opened Facebook page.
  5. Make a screenshot of the page — the like should be visible in the screenshot image.
  6. In your IAN account, upload the screenshot image of the task.
  7. Click on the Confirm button if provided.

How do I know the right link to use?

Depending on what you are buying:

  • Followers? Use Profile link (Invite links or private accounts are not accepted).
  • Likes? Use Post link (Invite links or private accounts are not accepted).
  • Comments? Use Post link (Invite links or private accounts are not accepted).
  • Page? Use Page link (Invite links or private accounts are not accepted).

Important notes:

  • Incorrect/wrong links or private account cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Kindly refrain from placing a second order on the same link until your initial order is completed in the system.
  • If you encounter any issues with the service, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
  • IAN holds no responsibility for drops in metrics, and we do not have a return policy for drops.
  • IAN rate is subject to change at any time without notice.
